Macros are, believe me, the toughest things to get straight & I was very happy that I got this one right.
Nothing much to write about this one, except that these fruits were lying just besides that heap of green lemons which I posted earlier. 
Originally clicked and uploaded by – Pratosh Dwivedi – 1st May’08I was cutting some spring onions for dinner the other day when it crossed my mind that these green fresh leaves will make a good photo. I just left everything as it was on the cutting board and clicked some photos from different angles. The ones taken from the top were not looking any special and didn’t impress me at all. But this one, came quite well with a lot of depth and the focus nicely sitting on the few pieces just in the front.
It feels really nice when I am able to see beauty and of course some ‘clickable’ material in small things around me

The green crumbles of beans embedded in a sort of orange background were really giving an eye warming sight.
I quickly got hold of my camera and clicked some photos. This is the best one I got.

This heap of green juicy lemons caught my eye at the first glance. I abandoned the trolley which I was carrying, took out my camera and took a couple of shots.
As has happened many times before, people around me were giving me a what-a-freak kind of look. But who cares about the people when a nice picture is at stake As I always say, see the full image to get the real idea.

Originally clicked and uploaded by – Pratosh Dwivedi – 28th Mar’08The other day when I went to my friend’s apartment for lunch, I saw these bright, fresh fruits very precariously arranged on a wooden platter-cum-basket like thing. Among all the other decorative items arranged in the room, I found this Apple basket the best candidate to be captured by my lens.
The shine and the freshness which was just radiating out of the fruits, made them so tempting that you just feel like to grab one and take a big juicy bite.

That time I decided that during my shopping for the next week, I’m gonna buy some bakery items which will come handy for a light snack. The bakery section of the nearby supermarket “Superma” was really awesome. The look, the fragrance, the display, everything was completely fascinating. I bet you can’t come back empty handed once you enter the section. Everything seems to be so fresh as if it has just arrived from the oven.
I bought many different kinds of donuts and pies & that was when I took this image.

Right at the center of Terminal B, they have this busy restaurant with the dining seats spread out in the open. The restaurant serves you some exquisite continental & European food along with a choice of drinks in it’s small but a cute little bar.
I went up to the other floor to take this picture. From the same level, the seating was too high to get a nice view.
Originally clicked and uploaded by – Pratosh Dwivedi – 2nd March’08During my recent trip to Mahabalipuram we were dining at a sea-side restaurant when I saw this huge platter decorated right at the entrance of the place. It contained a long fish, which probably was an eel, a plate full of grilled lobsters & some two other varieties of fishes drenched in tasty South Indian masalas. Though I am a vegetarian & I detest the smell of sea-food I couldn’t resist clicking this “unusually filled-up” platter of murdered sea creatures.

Originally clicked and uploaded by – Pratosh Dwivedi – 1st March’08Often I end up in interesting stretched arguments with my friends when I discuss the relevance and a sane logic behind people drinking alcohol. I, being a strict non-alcoholic, often find myself sidelined in such arguments. People with opposite opinion always outnumber me, though I never got a convincing reason from their side.
Though its one’s personal choice in the end, I personally believe that drinking alcohol is like paying for your own slow-death.
