All the boats were anchored ashore and the fishing nets bundled, scattered everywhere. Fishermen were lazing around; some chatting in pairs, others perched on their boats, staring idly at the vast stretch of the ocean in front of them.
This was the scene at a beach in Mahabalipuram on one fine Sunday evening.
